Terrible customer service. Manager was so rude and refused to help. Will never go back to this location ever again.
I bought my daughter a very expensive item at Best Buy, on 12/15/19 SPECIFICALLY because I was promised a pick up date of 12/24/19. I never received an email so my husband called to check status and they said it wasn't in, and there is no date when it will be in and then when he asked for a supervisor they hung up.
I had the best time last night at the store I had one help with electronics and bought a fire tv stick then I had three guys help me find all the movies that I needed and went in the back to see if the Die Hard movies were there it was so they should be on the floor now...LOL Thank you for your help and made it a nice experience...
Poor customer service. We purchased an open box Apple Watch that stated no accessories were missing. Opened the box and the band was not only the wrong kind that was listed, but also the wrong size. Spoke with their manager Jeff twice and he had no explanation for how it happened. Could only return the whole item (how can you even resell a mismatch sized watch/band) or give us 50% off the band they said would be included. Never going back.
So I bought a Roku ultra last week at BB...later found it on sale for half price on Amazon for this week.. so I went and did a price match at Best Buy and they refuse to consider the change in price. I would’ve probably spent the difference at their store anyway but instead I’m packing it up and returning it and buying it from Amazon! No wonder Bestbuy will all be out of business soon!

We have been trying to call Best Buy the past three days to add installation to our dryer delivery but they put you on hold and you cannot talk to a live person. When we went in the store to change it, they said it was too late so now we will have a dryer delivered but not installed. Terrible customer service!
I was on the phone for 20 minutes with a robot who keep repeating herself like she was on caffeine. She told me to hold to speak to someone. She drove me insane by repeating herself at breakneck speed. Why didn't anyone pick up the phone? And why can't you be put on hold and have your robot turned off. It's maddening. I was trying to check on the status of my Canon EosM Camera Body at the Butterfield Location but had to hang up after 20 minutes because no one picked up and the robot wouldn't stop repeating herself. My mom ordered a TV 2b delivered. After all paperwork is drawn up, THEN they tell her that her TV stand will be delivered by UPS, but she should REALLY have Best Buy deliver it because UPS drivers have a bad habit of tossing things. I told the cashier, if it is damaged, it will still be the responsibility of BEST BUY. What the heck?
