worst service recieved in a long time . purchased a washer ( open box ) was told they are tested. Had to wait 3 days for delivery, ok.. I get it. It arrives , doesn't work. Stay away from BBY Downers Grove Butterfield. We tried to price match an Otter box Commuter Case for the iPhone XR (Black) SKU:77-59802 and they would not do it because their SKU was different - SKU:6287801. Keep in mind Otter boxes site and Amazon shipped and sold only show ONE of these models and there is zero difference. I cant even find Best Buys SKU online. Well....tonight I came in, ready to buy a TV, wall mount and schedule delivery and install. There was one sales rep who was working with a customer. After he helped load up her TV, never saw him again. Another rep immediately goes to a lady who just walked in! I waited 15 minutes and bye bye , my business goes to Abt. I will phone in my business
Nice customer service in Downers Grove. The Geek Squad guy was friendly and sympathetic about my dead laptop. He tried everything I tried at home. It didn’t work for him either. They didn’t charge me.
Terrible customer service. Brand new gift card that had a $100 balance number was stolen and card used in a different state and was told they can’t help me to call customer service. Call customer service and hit the stolen card option and number no longer in service. Went back into the store and was given a different number again told we can’t help you. Called customer service only to be told sorry we can’t help you, no explanation, no help. The number was obviously stolen. Never will shop at Best Buy again. Just lost a life... read more
Bought a whole bunch of appliances, delivery didn't arrive. Despite the fault being your side there has been no effort to fix. It's not just the fact I waited around for 4 hours, or the fact the delivery didn't come, or That had to reschedule, it's that it will take yet another week. I kinda need that washing machine.
