Horrible customer service. I was told two different things. I guess Best Buy has two many customers they don't need me. Mr David and Chris I will no longer support your store or any Best Buy store. I hope everyone who reads this will think twice before they enter your store.
OMG! I was there about a hour ago, looking at a washer, I wanted to speak with a sales associate, one associate was helping a customer and another associate was standing there. The associate standing there was making rude comments to the customer the other associate was helping. When I heard him tell her "we're not the geek squad and can't just jump in our car and bring it to you" I decided Sears really wasn't that far of a drive.
Absolutely horrible customer service we got a new TV from you guys remote control broke within a week I called they said don't worry about it just bring it in at your convenience and we will exchange the TV and get one with a working remote so I waited till I had a ride to do so to only be told oh sorry it's passed your 15 day return policy! The TV was ordered online and took almost 2 weeks to come in as it was so it was passed the return policy the day received it. People were rushing very off putting won't be doing busines... read more
