Buying my refrigerator was good, but I tell you what I have been on phone trying to get ahold of someone for past hour and got one person one on phone and he transfer me somewhere else that never picked phone up let it ring for 15 min and nothing called back 5 times and would get hung up on. All I need to know if my refrigerator is still under warranty simply freaking question
Rude and unwilling to assist customers. Was there for one hour trying to get help picking out a tablet. When I finally did get help they answered a few questions and then disappointed from the sales floor. I will never go back to bestbuy.
How nice of you, Best Buy, to carry ONE Screen Size, which is a 17" Envy by HP in your Store, and all the others are "Out of Stock" online. Guess you're trying to get some poor fool to buy your $1K+ one that's in Stock at your Store during Black Friday.
