I have been waiting to receive notification that my online pick up order is ready and nothing! They have the item in stock. Never will purchase from this company again.
This Best Buy is allowing Employees to buy up all of the New RTX GPUs for Scalping purposes. Some low life trash tier human named Kevin.
We waited 45 minutes for help in the store. Not one person asked us if we needed anything. The store wasn’t even busy. When I spoke with the manager she said sorry but I got everybody tied up on something else. The manager didn’t offer to help us and all she was doing was mask patrol. I will not be back to the Fort Smith store.
Ordered an item online for ($224), picked it up the same day, and then was charged for it again the next day!!!!!! After 2 hours on phone with Bank and best buy finally got it fixed. BUT, I just looked at my bank account again and guess what??? You idiots charged me again!!! Wtf is wrong with you people.

Picked up some blank cds and left. Didn't interact with staff. Gave them money and left.
I won’t be returning. Bought my wife a player for Christmas. Turns out it didn’t have Blue Tooth. Tried to upgrade but was told last day for exchanges was 3 or 4 Days ago! After showing them I did not live in town they Refused to let me trade up! No more of my business will they see.
