Was buying a new computer and a gal named Whittney helped me figure out which was best for me and she was patient with me took me 1 hr. and lots of questions!
Called this location to try and get an estimate on trade ins, which they said they couldn't do over the phone, which is fine but the girl that I spoke with was unbelievably rude and snarky. She had absolutely no interest in assisting me, and continued to cut me off when I had additional questions to ask- she seemed as if she had better things to do than to answer my questions. I called a little after noon on 8/5. Hopefully management trains staff properly, will not be giving my business to this location.
Went to buy a printer. Walked thru the entire store. Not one person offered to help. Told girl at a register I needed help with a printer. Still no help. As I walked out, I told the "guard" at the door I needed help with a printer but couldn't find anyone. He didn't say a word. Wow. I will just order from Amazon. I didn't realize Best Buy was completely a help yourself store now. But I will let everyone know. Needing a TV soon--at least I know where NOT to buy.
Bought my husbands Christmas gift today. They asked for my phone number while I was paying for it. Since every retailer nowdays asks for your phone number, I didn't think twice about it. Well, not even 4 hours after I purchased it, Best Buy was really nice and sent a confirmation email for my purchase. The only problem is that the email went to my HUSBANDS email account. Bought maytag washer and dryer and pedestals, over $2000, took vacation day for delivery, evening before they called and need to reschedule delivery on just dryer, no room on truck, and deliver next day , but no room enough for both EITHER on Friday WTH !no more vacation days left, CANCELED ORDER, NO CHOICE......Home Depot Now has my business
