I purchased an open item laptop at a this location yesterday. When I got the laptop home I realized it was defective. The monitor would not turn on. I took the laptop back to a different location because that particular store had the same open item laptop. I simply wanted to exchange the defective laptop for a working model. I tried to return a new iPad Pro series 3 that turned out to be a total piece of junk within the 14 days. They refused to allow me to return the item and stick me with a bill for an item I will never use. I refuse to pay for any products or services that I am not happy with. Now they are as a result ruining my credit. I maybe forced to file a lawsuit against Best Buy as a result of this.
I went into Best Buy to purchase a phone for my son. I found the Galaxy A6 advertised for 199.99. TeeJay assisted me and said "this is the only phone that doesn't require activation to get this price". With that being said we proceeded to the check out line where he proceeded to check me out. Mobile department here went far out of their way to try and get my device upgraded, despite my network's great lengths to make it as big of a pain in the rear as possible - overall excellent customer service.

Shout out to TeeJay for his help fixing my phone. We went in just to look at phones. Told him about a problem I was having with my phone but that we couldn't buy a new one yet. . He did a little research and took a look at my phone for about a minute and fixed the problem. He didn't have to do anything. He could have said "I don't know" and that would have been it. But he took the time to help me. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!
I have tried to get the store manager to call me back regarding an issue but he will not call me!
