Been standing in the Apple section for 15 minutes trying to buy a iPad, getting ignored. This place is garbage.

This BestBuy store has the worse customer service and my experience was the most hateful, unpleasant experience I have ever had with any store! Customer Service doesn't want to give you a receipt or put your purchase in a bag, when you have bought something on line and are just picking up the items. But, I requested both! Good thing because security or loss prevention stopped me as I went out the door. Are they trying to set people up by not wanting to give a receipt or put your purchase in a bag??? Horrible experience!!!!!!
The absolute worst service I've ever had and most unpleasant management I've ever dealt with make sure you get a receipt if you choose to shop at the store......
Got a new phone --- after MUCH debate & deciding whether to or not & what kind!! The sweet girl, Katie ( I think ) was EXCELLENT !!! VERY. patient & knowledgeable of the different phones -- pros & cons with no pressure either way !!! Very satisfied !!
Geek squad has the worst customer service. Most unwelcoming group of employees.
