I called to speak with some to see if they could help me with my order and the guy I spoke with in sales just said hold on and sent me to the automated system to pick another option. Totally rude and poor customer service.

Teresa was awesome and so knowledgeable unlike Kenneth at the Verizon store in Hendersonville. For 17 years my husband and I thought we had to buy from Verizon because they are our carrier, well NO MORE! From now on we will purchase our phones from Best Buy! Not because you guys were any cheaper just way more knowledgeable and customer service and friendliness helps also!

First of all if you advertise that have a product then you should have it in the store. First day of sale and 2 stores don’t carry it and West/east Nashville has it. You would think the clerk could have had one sent from another store instead of having me wait for a shipment that may not arrive on Saturday as you stated. Guess I won’t be shopping here again!
