Racist Employees At Best Buy Let me start off by saying that I’m a Black woman. Today, I went to Best Buy for help working out an issue with my cell phone. Had an issue and dealt with the General Manager, Jay and Warehouse Manager, Wendy. Both very nice and worked quickly to resolve. Highly recommend this location and team!
Rude employees at a checkpoint upon entering the store sternly asking “ what are you here for”. I am here to shop fools. Wanted to buy an expensive drone and accessories, about $2k worth. They told me it would be 25 minutes or so be fore anyone could unlock the case and hand me the product. Either you are open for business or you are not. Went to the store today to buy a few things I researched on the internet first... figured I would but locally instead of Amazon....well screw that...looks like Amazon will get my $759 order and I won't spend another dime at Best But. I came in wearing my mask...you can't get in without telling them what you are there for and who knows what other questions...I didn't stick around to find out ...what am I looking for today??? let me tell you, it isn't anything I can't get from Amazon...
No one was interested in helping me today. As I waited and waited for some assistance with the purchase of a $350 speaker, I looked on Amazon and found it for $100 cheaper. Their bad customer service was a blessing in disguise. I predict Amazon will be putting you out of business soon. And it’s well deserved.
While all the other shops around them are open for business Best Buy expects everyone to wait until next week to shop with them. Since I have no intentions of waiting until next week to get what I want they lose my money and my business. I absolutely do not recommend this business.
While stores all over even banks are closing (even my doctors office at Centenial for 3 weeks!) this low down company is still open. Guess they want to infect the few good employees that have been there for years. Trump just said avoid public places 15 days. Guess Best Buy may comply but probably won't pay few good employees I've seen and been waited on by last so few good ones will leave. They sure have gone down the drain. Hello Amazon goodbye Best Buy whose employees may as well be toilet paper!!!
