Great place for this tech geek to geek out in!
Word to the wise: DO NOT shop with gift cards at the Best Buy at Tuttle mall in Dublin, OH. One of their employees swapped our gift card (with a hefty remaining balance) for another gift card that was empty. He then proceeded to purchase himself a 55" TV with all of the gift cards he had stolen including ours. The employee has since been let go but Best Buy continues to drag their hells in resolving this issue. It has been over a week and we still aren't getting a straight answer as to how this will be resolved.
Customer service sucks! Repaired laptop with out approval and now am forced to pay if I want computer back. Will NOT ever use best buy again!!
