This is the second time we have been here, and both times we were bombarded by employees. Each time we were asked no less than 12 times if we needed help with anything. I appreciate the effort, but if someone walks away from us, there is no reason another employee should come up to us in the next 20 seconds. Absolutely annoying.

This place needs to reconfigure their inbound calls. Waiting 25 minutes for the Geek Squad to answer is unacceptable; especially after you’ve paid to have a service 😂 contract! How can I go online when you have my computer? Still trying to return your call.

I bought a refrigerator on the 4th of August, pick it up in the store got it home let it sit a couple days plugged it in it will not stay in the safe cold Zone called them got run around run around run around nothing they can do they can't help me. I can bring it back in the 15 days. I don't recommend them they were not helpful they did not even try to be helpful to me do not recommend them I'm bringing the appliance back and then I'm going to Home Depot where I usually purchase
