Non-existent service. The one guy who was helping me pick up a new headset for my console, ran off to help his friends who just walked in. What kind of service is that?! � After 10 mins I walked out. GS got my headset purchase because they provided me with uninterrupted in-depth advice.

Anybody want to start a class action lawsuit with me???? I bought a 2,400 flat screen Tv not even 2 yrs ago and purchased their $300 extended warranty that they don't want to offer cause they said it's expired. Funny because I have my bill saying when I paid for it which was in June but supposly it expired in Dec. not to mention when my TV broke in Sep or Oct.
