So sick of going round and round with the nasty and rude employees here. Customer service is a hard job but they were not helpful at all and now I am out hundreds of dollars and at least 20 hours of my time due to recommendations of the employees and all they can do is throw their hands up and say nothing we can do about it. There’s a reason for all of these one star reviews! Don’t walk, run away from this store and their uneducated and useless/unhelpful employees.

Bait n switch. Twice, same store. Won't b back. And when I asked, is that even legal, they told me there were no laws that said they didn't have to honor the advertised price. Smh. Really? Close a few more stores. Maybe you won't need to screw over your customers. Oh sorry, former customers.

I'm tired of pulling up to this store and seeing employees pacing back and forth in front of their entrance on their cell phones smoking. And then to boot flicking their used cigarettes on the sidewalk. There is a trash can right by your door but they refuse to use it. I am sitting in my car right now watching another balding male employee chain smoking and doing the same thing, one after another. It's disgusting and why I quit buying stuff from this store. I had the most awful experience ever. I walked in with a receipt and item that was paid for and left with nothing because of their error yet was treated as though I did something wrong. Never received an apology and now I'm left to try to correct their mistake. Big box store 1 vs consumer 0.

Poor mobile department with lots of misinformation – I purchased a Droid phone 6 months ago from the Chesterfield location [store 143] with the promise [from associate Ryan Simpson] that the black tie protection plan would cover all accidental damage with an on-site replacement. When trying to take advantage of this to repair a faulty screen, I was told that the phone would need to be shipped off for service [up to a week] and only if it was deemed irreparable would I receive a new phone.
