Still trying to get the HP discount of $16.45 for recycling an old printer. 1 visit to the store. 5 calls to store or corporate. 3 calls to PayPal. Good thing I’m retired
went in to buy a Samsung Tablet. the in store display tag stated $139.00. when I went to pay it rang up as $179.00. the employees stated the old tag must have been left by mistake and they refused to honor the price they had on their display. now I cannot even get the store manager to call me back. very poor business practice, will never set foot in that store again
Very worst service. i was visited this shop to get new postpaid connection with phone. They got my details and asked to wait for 10 mins but i had waited nearly an hour but no one responded to my queries.
This store is incredibly dishonest and the management should be tarred and feathered! They put up signs around the store telling customers to take 40% off the second item! When you get to checkout they go back and take the sign down and tell customers that the deal is over and you're trying to screw them! Buyers beware! Worst customer service I have ever received. Due to errors by geek squad and employees at Best Buy, they will not honor a discount we were supposed to receive on a new TV. Will not be shopping here again. Completely incompetent customer service rep on the phone could not help, either.....
