I brought in my 3 Samsung tablets to get 2 of them working correctly again, and a new one that was a treat to myself set up. I learned so much and am now enjoying my tablets all working wonderfully.
We have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this location! Anna is an awesome associate/supervisor over the appliances. Any one we have dealt with goes above and beyond!
My husband and I went to this BestBuy our experience there was horrible the GM was very rude and so unprofessional. Honestly I don't know how a person like him got the GM position. He raised he's and he just didn't care to take care of the problem or anything. We will never ever be returning to this Best Buy ever. Don't care how far I have to drive to go to another one, but not this one. This location will not get my money! Yup I will be calling corporate to put a complaint on him.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOBODY EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED I WAS PACING IN THE SAME AISLE FOR OVER 20 MINS. I ASKED THE 1 AND ONLY PERSON CHECKING OUT TO GET ME SOME HELP AND YET AFTER 10 MINS STILL NO ONE CAME. AROUND THAT SAME 10 MIN TIME FRAME A COUPLE WALKED INTO THE AREA I WAS IN AND IMMEDIATELY GOT ASSISTED AND WAS OUT THE DOOR AND YET I STILL HAD NOT EVEN BEEN ASKED HAD I BEEN HELPED. Poor customer service. Did not acknowledge me or send someone else to help. Why do I even bother. I guess I have to try and walk out the door with something to get their attention
