Can FB friend and family tell me how to reach a manager director for a very serious issue cannot find any numbers to call where somebody anybody to answer. Please help worst customer service ever very disappointed never expected this from BB. If they don't get it together they will be going out of business soon
ANSWER YOUR PHONES!!!!!! I have spent tha past 20 minutes trying to get a real person, finally got 1 but he was in mobile and didnt want to be bothered, transferred me to computers where phone rang literally at least 25 times before I hung up and tried again. Now back to cant get a eal person no matter what number is selcted
manager Greg and his staff r incompetents...i advised the rep at pickup i didn't want one of the items purchased..he confirmed it to be picked up and sent me to costumer service to only be advised i had to wait 4 hours before returning..i advised the manager on duty i was unable to b return to his store and he laughed..so I'm now stuck with unwanted merchandise..smh best buy cedar Hill needs to do better...

Smooth sailing...in and out!..Stood in line about 1.5 hours b4 doors opened....they passed out tickets for product you were in line for..at 5pm doors opened and I was omw home at 520pm!....Very pleased with the process!!
