Sold me a $1000 security system that didn't work. Forced me to take store credit. Used it to buy a new phone that broke 10 days past the 15 day warranty. Had to wait 2 hours just to talk the repair tech after I was told a 30 minute wait and they bumped some one in front of me. They told me 5 hours for the repair. Horrible. As business owners, we have bought anywhere from 20k to 30k in equipment and now Im trying to pick up some transfered equipment from another Best Buy and am getting the runaround.
Tried to buy a 55" TV at Best Buy. When I went to load it in the back of my Yukon, they told me that I had to sign something saying I couldn't return the TV if I laid the TV down in the back. Ridiculous. Tried to try to speak with the store manager, but he wouldn't speak with me. Instead, I got some assistant manager who wasn't at all interested in my satisfaction or selling a TV. I got a refund and drove less than 5 minutes to Costco. I bought the same TV for a few dollars cheaper, loaded in the back of my Yukon, and have a... read more
