Had appt today. No one called and no one showed up. I had email reminding me of the appointment. When I called, they could not find my appt. Had to reschedule. Very unpleasant dealing with customer service! #Bad Service
Best Buy Electronics If your looking for electronics, music , ect..this is your store. The selection is outstanding and the sales clerks are right their if you need to ask a question. Parking is only a problem the day after thanksgiving when the sales are outstanding.

Men Love it This store is very easy to find the items you need. Everything is neatly displayed and easy to find. They are very organized and tidy. This store is always clean, and employees are easy to find. They have great prices and selections of all electronics.
Poor Service - Growing old waiting! I've called Best Buy Pleasant Ridge twice and both times was put on hold for over 10 minutes each time!!!!! I finally gave up. I was wanting to find out if they had a very expensive camera in stock before driving all the way to another store to find they were out of stock, especially with gas being over $4.00 a gallon. If this is the kind of service you get - forget about it!!!
Eletronic Heaven This store is heaven for the electronic person. They have it all and they have all the brands. The photo lab is exceptional even with digital printing. They have the best selection of large and small electronics around. Their prices are competative, but their weekly ads have great sale items. New DVD's are well priced. PROS: Exceptional selection of large and small electronics CONS: None
Great selection This store is just fun to go to if you want to brouse around the latest in electronics. You can test out the stereos. Watch a little tv. There is always an assistant around to help you. Lots of dvd's and movies to choose from. Great Store.
in and out I recently went to best buy and had a fast and pain free time while there shopping i was able to find what was needed with out a trouble and the lines went FAST!!
