Today when I was walking in the greeter was preoccupied with a customer, which I did not mind. I walked past them to the store pick up line to get my purchased item. While doing so the greeter shouts at me ‘Do you need help?!’ then proceeded to shout ‘Oh so I guess she don’t hear me!’. I then turned around and explained that I had a store pick up and was fine. RecommendedHad some complications with a warranty claim and the staff there took care of the situation. So far the best experience I have ever had dealing with a Best Buy staff. Great job team! Look forward doing to doing business with this store in the future. And to add, the GM at that store is hands down one of the best managers I’ve ever had to deal with in retail. Keep up the great work!!
Ordered Microwave at 11:00 a.m. thought would be a faster process than going into store with all the rush for Black Friday and it is 4:00 p.m. and it is still not ready. So I cancel because I could have went to any store bought it by now and using it. Dont put that In stock order usually ready in 45 min, should be more realistic to customers. Then be more honest with yourselves and give customers that cancel real options not just your tailored options to keep your ratings up.
I went there to have my volume fixed on my computer and to have a cracked looked at. After having an someone personally tell me well you MUST have dropped it or did something to it to make it crack and the volume not work. Well after telling them multiple time no it came cracked the manager finally came out to try to help well after I told him and what the geek person did he said well I can’t do anything about it!
I scheduled a installation for a remote start at this location. Had to wait 2 weeks just to get there and have them rescheduled because they have a new GM and is cutting techs hours. Rescheduled for a weekday to make sure there’s a tech there. Took a half day off work to do this, then got a phone call saying they don’t have the experience to do this job. They are giving me a run around now. Don’t even think about doing business with this location. Worst experience I’ve ever had.
*****DONT SHOP AT Best Buy*** *NO SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER ON DUTY* Spoke with: Carmen in mobile worst customer service ever. Purchased two Note 9 on 9/3/2018 under the $150.00 promotion it should usually take per their contract 24 hours to 48 hours to be received via email. Have not received anything at this time. So contacted customer service mobile and was told that wait will be 48 to 96 hours. So now I won't be able to get some promotions to get my student laptop.
