I will never use these guys again. Arrogant, uninformed, and full of *&^%. I hope Amazon puts you out of business.
Have bought things there before & no issues. Today went in looking for a new printer. Were there about 20-30minutes. Not one sales person ever approached us!!! Several walking around, looking at their phones, talking to other sales people. Got disgusted & left. Took our business elsewhere, where we were promptly greeted & assisted with our purchase. Terrible customer service at Best Buy�
