Do they even train their geek squad employees? Manager tried telling my a tempered glass isn't actual real glass it's a film. No your geek squad tech applied the film and not the tempered glass �� no wonder why thus store has 2 stars they have no idea what they are doing what so ever.
Ordered a printer 4 times; cancelled 4 times! Cust serv cant tell my why! I guess they don't want my money!
Customer service? More like customer cervix. These folks bent me over and hit bottom. Terrible store, very bad hombre's.
Deplorable people skills when it comes to the customer service desk. Complete lack of product knowledge store wide. Wow.
