The phone system is horrible. You get redirected everywhere. Not sure if I'm even talking to Bestbuy or some random call center. After getting redirected 4-5 times they disconnect me. Tried twice and both times they just disconnect me.

Very terrible experience! My 18yr old son was given money for graduating so he went to Best Buy to look at earbuds. He was trying to decide whether to purchase them at Best Buy or look at Amazon. He put the ear buds down. On his way out he was stopped by an employee asking for the ear buds that he supposedly stolen. My son said he had put them down in the store. They brought my son to the backroom where he emptied out his pockets and bag which they didn't find anything. They pulled up the cameras and it clearly showed my son... read more

So I came in to purchase a kitchen appliance. I worked with someone named Muaz ( I think that's how you spell his name) at the checkout I swiped my card and it printed a gift card. I asked him if it came with one and he said no and everything was good for me to leave but when I asked for my receipt he said something went wrong and went to get a supervisor. He stated it didn't go through but when I pulled up my bank account it went through so the supervisor had to void the transaction and I had to do it again. I also noticed ... read more
