My boyfriend bought a phone here and Cory was very helpful in helping him choose the best plan for him and an awesome phone! Unfortunately the phone stopped working for one reason or another (no ones fault) an hour after we arrived home. We called the store and went in the next day and the manager (I forgot his name) helped us immediately and we were in and out within a half hour with a brand new, WORKING phone! These guys are awesome and helpful!
Possibly scammed. Paid for new in box TV, delivered open box with 2 guys in broken down unmarked truck smiling and not speaking English.Told me they opened box to make sure screen was ok.Never paid their high buck warranty, and had problems from start. Rebooting, buzzing from back area, etc. Now tell me It may be compacitors or something more serious. Cost, $500.00-$1000.00.
Best Buy will be out of business soon, because they are not customer focused. I went to buy a radio with installation, and I told the guy everything about my car. I paid for everything upfront, and when it came to install it, they did not have anytime soon to install it, and then when I got there to install it they wanted additional $100. I decided not to do it, and returned everything and got my money back. Never trust these idiots.
