I walk in and one associate asked if I needed help, at the time I didn't because I thought I knew where to find what I needed, couldn't find it. I walked around and around, no one asked if I needed help again, so I asked for help and the lady they sent me to basically just showed me the location they would be but really didn't help me find what I needed. So I left. Awful customer service!

No Stars! The manager and store associates are rude and not very helpful! Just tried to return some merchandise and had a receipt the merchandise was unopened! This store would not take it back cause it was passed 15 days! Who cares how long it has been if you have the Receipt!

I bought a HP Envy m60 Laptop In May. I sent it into the Geek Squad for repair under the extended warranty I bought. Geek squad declined to repair,m instead replacing with same or similar. I went to the store and found another HP Envy m6 but it had a different SKU. Otherwise the same computer, same HP model, same case, same screen, I5 processor, same memory and same hard drive. The current price is the same as the price when I bought the computer, but they would not exchange they would only give me $172 less than I bought it... read more

I will not be shopping at you store for Christmas or any other day anymore, I purchased a Amana washing machine from you in September of 2014, and 2 months later it won't work, I have had it 2 months and you tell me that I cannot return it to the store for an exchange because I have had it for over 15 days. This is not right and I am very disappointed in your company, our family loves shopping there but this is not how business in done.
