It has been made abundantly clear that this location interprets females (both a teacher and a nurse) as idiots. I highly recommend customer service training for the installation staff and management at this location. You have lost a customer for life. And I know you don't care that you have, so I guarantee every nurse and teacher I have that asks for recommendations, your location and the treatment that was received will be shared.
Best Buy Huntsville needs to train their people better. I have to agree with the other reviews that sat their customer service in Huntsville is terrible. I drove from TN only to be offered a used beat up tip off a display in place of my BRAND NEW Apple pencil.

Try something called honesty and customer service for a start. Pick up your phones would be a real bonus.
Customer Service is excellent. I have very limited mobility and normally shop at retail locations with scooters. I was a little nervous about my ability to accomplish my errand but the employees at Best Buy were wonderful and went the extra mile to ensure that I walked as little as possible. Thanks to all!
Shit service, shit prices. The workers will walk by and make eye contact and see that you're looking for something. But that won't help out. By far the worst Best Buy I've been to.
I went to the Geek Squad because I had a problem with my laptop. I was greeted quickly, had a good conversation about the problem. The gentleman relieved my fears when he said it will definitely get fixed. It was fixed in 20 min.
15 day return policy?? Lost many years of future business due to this policy..
