Got the old bait and switch with my preorder Samsung Note8 phone...told me on 9-4-17 with my trade-in I would be able to lease my phone for the same price...so I waited until 9-15-17 to get my Note8 and WHAM double the monthly payment...so I've now WASTED 2 TRIPS AND HOURS out of my life and still don't have a new phone. I am being charged for a item I never received and all I recieve is a recorded site. What happen to people talking?
Been calling for 2 hours. Can't get anyone to answer the phone. No direct line to customer service. Recorded message the pride themselves on customer service lol...
I had a return and it went smoothly, I had receipt, so didn't expect less. I was surprised no one offered to help when I was trying to find a few things though, most customer service reps were talking to each other behind counters in every department. I am used to barely walking thru without 20 offers of help.
