I purchased a suite of Samsung kitchen appliances. The pandemic struck before they were installed. On June 2nd I followed up about my ucoming installation because I am EXTREMELY HIGH RISK and have a surgery quickly approaching. I asked that precautions be taken on June 4. Called ahead and they suggested I needed a certain part for my TV. It cost me 65 bucks. It ended up not being what I needed (which is fine) but when I called to see how I return it was told I can’t return it until they allow customers in the store. Well that’s convenient. We can figure out a way to sell It though...
went in here to get a new gaming headset and games and all i could hear was what seemed to be like the warhouse manager and her assistant talking about selling adderall, weed and cocaine to her other employees.. told the manager (molly i believe her name was) about it and she smiled and said she would deal with it.. never taking my family or children here again!!!! still interested in your prices on cocaine tho!😎
I purchased a JBL FLIP 4. I took it back today as it quit after 2 weeks and I just picked it up from my grandson out of State. The girl behind the counter was going to replace it but the jerk rude manager would not. Because I purchased in November and didn't gift it till Christmas, I had it too long to return. Have some way to look up orders. Placed on Wednesday for pickup today--after 12 and still not ready.
RecommendedThis place is horrible. I hate coming here. I placed an order to be picked up and they can’t find it. Very unorganized and a complete waste of time coming here.
Shoutout to the Best Buy on University Avenue- helped me swap a bad screen protector for a new one and were even kind enough to put it on for me. Top notch customer service.
