Been on hold at both your locations for over 20 minutes- no one has answered the phone. Says you been open since 10 am - if I wasn’t driving I would of hung up. Could of drove there quicker. What a joke. Apparently no one works these days. Your staff just inside ignoring the phone???
RecommendedI have a question. I see ads on facebook about a security stamps that can hide info on papers so you don't ave to shred. Do you carry something like this. Don't want to order on line.

I bought a birthday gift on 9/17 from the West Des Moines/Clive store. I decided to return it, so I went to the store 10/11. They stated since it was past 15 days, the best they could do was offer a store credit. That is unacceptable, as I never opened or used the item. It was returned brand new, only 3 weeks after it was purchased. The return policy was never explained at all! The Geek Squad is a JOKE! They had my desktop for 24 days. The lost my power cord (and denied it). So they "gave" me a power cord; I got to work and it was not the right one! They told me I should do a data back up. When we tested my computer, my entire desk top was intact. I asked the manager, Chris Laws, why I was paying $100 for a data back up.
