JP, the assistant manager, is the WORST at customer service. Impolite and not tactful. Everyone else at the store seems good. Goes to show that one person can ruin an otherwise good opinion. I've had better customer service at the DMV.

I've been waiting for the Oculus Ready computer they had on display since I got the Oculus Rift for Christmas. I've been on the lookout since December, the salesman have been assuring me they will have it soon. It's June and still none in the store. They stated we have them in stock we just need to order them. Why do they even have it in the display if they won't have it in the store?.. never spending anymore money here ever...

I went to the Best Buy at Tikatnu yesterday because I had been having issues with a Samsung sound bar I had purchased. It was the last day on the warranty and the Assistant Store Manager greeted me with a smile and took care of the exchange. I was very impressed.

I got the run a round at the Geek device desk. Then every one that walked up the guy spent "my" time asking them what their issues was and putting them in the system so they could be called when it was their turn. I ended up buying s new laptop. Then they couldn't seem to work with me to where I didn't need to come back to the store 2 more times. 160 mile round trip for me. Then I had issues with geek support when I got home. I'm not happy.

Big thanks to the employee named Alex who helped my husband and I purchase our new laptop yesterday morning. He was very knowable, freindly and over all had a great customer service skills. And bonus the whole purchase process was done In less than 30 minutes.
