Recently went to town looking for a new computer - after going to several stores we went to best buy and discovered Cyber Power gaming computers. The price was comparable to other brands but with a much nicer case and more powerful graphics card. Now at home doing set up the computer is very fast and set up is going a lot easier than I expected...a great purchase in my opinion. The sales staff was also great offering to load the computer in the car
To bad your employees in your computer department are so busy chatting with each other to be bothered by customers. Spent my money elsewhere...
My husband found a drone that was advertised for $50. There were 2 stacked together with the sign on top. When we got to the register the price rang up wrong and it turns out the wrong product was being advertised for that price. Instead of the manager honoring their mistake or at least apologizing for their screw up he accused us of moving the sign. Horrible business ran by a pathetic manager.
This Best Buy is awesome ! Ordered an iwatch for my daughters birthday. Long story short . Opened the box and it was in another language with a passcode . Took it in and no problem them gave me a brand new one and were very speedy . They said they have never had that happen ha! Thank you Best Buy!!!
