Great employees, great prices, great electronics! What else could you want?
Don't shop at best buy. They don't honnor anything they say and tell lies. All I want is a new t.v or money back to replace mine and they refuse. Even the GM was very rude to us. If you want your money's worth go somewhere else. I even had corporate hang up on me. I can not get any awnsers from anyone. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go to best buy for anything.

I am absolutely frustrated with this Best Buy. I purchased an Apple Watch online but did not like the color. The day after receiving the watch I took it into the store to do an exchange. That was Dec. 23rd. I was told I would receive it on the 29th. But now I'm told (after being on the phone for 54 minutes)that they don't see my order and I have to drive back to the store (1 hr from where I live) and bring my receipts to get help. I have nothing but good things to say about the Dothan store. The employee who sold me the new Apple computer was actually amazing - this was last week and then yesterday I spent a lot of time with the Geek Squad employees and they patiently took care of all my issues. Kathryn Cole Parr
