We bought an 82" samsung 4k tv. got it home hooked it up and it does not work!!! $4000 down the drain. They will not exchange it or warranty it and neither will samsung. They will never get our business again. We have had a vizio 80" for 4 years with absolutely no issues.
Dothan Alabama store is the worst store I have ever entered the management is rude you cannot get any help and it makes you want to give up your best Buy cord this company has got to do something with the store in Dothan Alabama the assistant manager Nicole and the general manager Kerry I cannot believe that they still have a job those two are worthless
If I could give a negative number I would! Can’t find anything, no one knows where anything is and no prices listed on what we were looking at (a popular item)!
I went in today to pick up a portable charger. I received excellent customer service from a gentleman by the name of Joshua, I was impressed. He is very pleasant and has excellent customer service skills.
