Your hours do not make sense! 10 am - 6pm . I need to return something. I work 8am - 5pm and am 50 minutes away. Ridiculous!!! After returning this item I will shop somewhere that has logical hours for the working person!

I didn’t get no help at all until the last min. When I asked for help, the guy basically ignore what I said. I felt disrespected and i will suggest not to go to this Best Buy.
I ordered a TV online. Apparently it was delayed, but I didn’t know that. I showed up to get the TV, and they couldn’t find it. The manager Nicole was extremely rude to me, and asked” why did you come here if you didn’t get an email?” As a business owner, I am loathe to trash a business, but I will never buy anything from Best Buy again due to the way I was treated. Their customer service is atrocious when a manger treats you this way!!!!!!

answer your phone!!! I'm being told that an order I made last week is no where to be found now and im suppose to pick it up today!! now no one at the store wants to answer the phone.
Came into the Dothan Alabama store to buy an expensive camera for a family reunion. Display camera didn’t work. Employee didn’t know what to do except to tell me it was a good camera and sometimes the displays don’t work. How am I supposed to decide on what to purchase if I can’t even try it out or have an experienced employee know what they’re talking about? though I am a geek member, I will say the assistant store manager I a VERY rude person, I had to speak to cooperate.. she's lucky I'm not a crazy teenager anymore.
the employee i dealt with was very knowledgeable and friendly and got us a great deal. more than i thought i could get for the price. great experience!
