I love this store. I'm always confused when I read bad reviews. The employees always treat me with respect and are helpful. All fix-its have gone well.

We had issues upgrading our phone through the New Market Verizon store and had to go into Best Buy and were in and out in minutes! Everything was explained in depth and Madison & Zak were both extremely helpful!

So, the "customer service" teenager, Jennifer, at the Best Buy in New Market just told me that maybe I needed to value my family more than an item at Best Buy because I was angry that the item I ordered is never going to be available and the other "customer service" teenager who ordered it, took my money, and told me to pick it up on Saturday failed to tell me that piece of information LAST WEEK. I sure hope the manager, Beau, does what he said he would do and fire that little gem.

Had a fantastic experience with a young man in the appliance sales department (sorry can't remember his name) and customer service rep Sarah. I have bought many large items over the years and they always stand behind their products. Thanks again!!! Unfortunately I have had to call 4 times in regard to my rebate. Apparently no notes in the computer or people I talked to are gone today (Sarah and Nathan). I really don't have time to be on hold 30 minutes everyday. Mr manager on duty Greg better get me called back TODAY!
