I just left this location. Sole reason for going here was to purchase a pair of Apple Air Pod Pro head phones. Customer service is lacking. No matter what area of the store I went to no-one asked if I needed help finding anything. At one point there were 4 associates around the Apple product area standing around talking to each other. I was in this area for 8 plus minutes and despite making eye contact with me none of the attempted to approach and ask if I need led assistance. Will never come to this location again.

No one will answer a call at the West Wichita Kansas store. Tried calling the store multiple times no customer service at all. Even called corporate customer service they transferred me back to the store. Tried calling the Geek Squad no answer after being on extended times

My wife went in to the West Wichita Best Buy today with her MICROSOFT Surface Pro to see if she could purchase a replacement tip for the stylus. She was told that she would have to buy a new stylus because tips aren't sold. Both Amazon and Best Buy have them available on their websites. When she said something about them being online, she was told to go to an APPLE Store, they might have them. I purchased a couple of phones from there recently and was suppose to have the activation waved and never got waved I'm currently on the phone on hold now for an hour just to talk to some one and still haven't and still on hold as we speak.

Drove an hour from Hutchinson to Best Buy on N Maize Rd. Spent $1300 on a new laptop, When I got home I found out that the salesperson (Sheldon)gave me a STAR WARS laptop!!! Now I have to drive all the way back there to get one for a grown adult. I Talked to the manager, no discounts, apologies....NOTHING. NOT HAPPY. GAS IS EXPENSIVE!!!! Believe me, EVERYONE in Hutchinson will hear about this.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Have had NOTHING but problems. Absolutely no help and the "well that sucks" attitude towards us. I will never EVER buy from any best buy again. Spend your money elsewhere, folks.
