Sell products their employees don't know how to install. Poor service!
Drove almost 60 miles round trip to get a USB to hdmi conversion at #bestbuy. All around horrible experience... the staff said they didn't have one but when I told them I had called on my way and was told they were in stock, they found it for me. They say it's the only one they have in stock (was almost $60!) and was a previously opened box. Said it was specifically for Samsung so would defo work (since I have a Samsung tablet and Samsung tv) but when I got home it was missing the charging cable and DOESN'T WORK!! All around... read more
The store received a shipment of Nintendo systems. They were supposed to hand out tickets at 7:30 am but an employee magically appeared in the store at 5 am to hand out tickets because "people that showed up early were cold". Seems pretty suspicious to me.
Went to get in line for the Nintendo classic mini that was supposed to be sold at 8am only to find out they was sold at 5am. A lot of ppl in line were pissed bc the sell what supposed to be at 8 not 5.
Terrible customer service! Tried to return a gift for someone after only having bought it 2 days prior and the staff was extremely rude and insulting even when I was trying to talk to them calmly. An inexperienced supervisor is the person I had to deal with and she didn't know anything about the product and wasn't the employee I dealt with when buying the item. This store has issues with integrity.
