Try calling this store. I dare you. Imagine you left the store, decided on your large purchase (or had a question), then Dial...GOOD LUCK Imagine if you had an issue, and the store was 69 miles round trip.....NOBODY HOME. I did get a good dose if "how and what I could return" tho...wow, No Thanks
I would not recommend this place to anyone as far as purchases go or as a place to work. I have had numerous incidents at work that I have reported only to have it thrown back into my face about. Everything from HIPAA violations to Equal oppurtunity violations, reporting it did nothing. Also beware of buying any product that has a broken seal, they will lie to you and say that it is new when it is not. They purposely have us close out the tags so they can sell it at more of a profit which is illegal.
Very knowledgeable staff. Seth was a pleasure to deal with.
The customer service was so phenomenal and perfect assisting me today... I absolutely loved the service...
