I can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone, bought a item almost $300 and was suppose to pick up at the store but no one will seem to answer the phone where I can’t see why my item still isn’t ready. I won’t be ordering from this store again. Been waiting on the phone for 45 minutes on someone to answer the phone and nothing. This is the second day in a row. I WILL NEVER use this store again. The employees are horrible
so now people can't purchase an item in store without a mask, but if they cover it at the check out they can? makes so much sense

On January 23, 2020 my husband and I visited the Best Buy in Oxford, AL to get a kid friendly tablet for our daughter. I really wanted the 10 inch Kids Amazon Fire. Sadly they were out of stock. We settled on the 8 inch (at $129.99 before tax) and went home. After a few days, we decided to return the item and get what we originally wanted. The staff is very straightforward and friendly. The supervisor, Nina was very welcoming. They have great items at great prices. Great financing rates. 5 stars.
