I can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone, bought a item almost $300 and was suppose to pick up at the store but no one will seem to answer the phone where I can’t see why my item still isn’t ready. I won’t be ordering from this store again. Been waiting on the phone for 45 minutes on someone to answer the phone and nothing. This is the second day in a row. I WILL NEVER use this store again. The employees are horrible
so now people can't purchase an item in store without a mask, but if they cover it at the check out they can? makes so much sense

On January 23, 2020 my husband and I visited the Best Buy in Oxford, AL to get a kid friendly tablet for our daughter. I really wanted the 10 inch Kids Amazon Fire. Sadly they were out of stock. We settled on the 8 inch (at $129.99 before tax) and went home. After a few days, we decided to return the item and get what we originally wanted.
