Bought a Phantom 4 drone Friday. It malfunctioned Saturday and it crashed landed hard destroying the drone. I was sick about spending the money and it only lasting 24 hours. I took it in Monday and explained what happened. Cindy in customer service could not have been more helpful, professional, or pleasant. THIS is why you buy products from a local store and not online. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Couldn't be happier. Thank you! I will be recommending the store to others!
Stopped in for a dvd series. After employees argued on who should help me, was told the only branch to have it in stock was the Coralville location. I went to that branch to be told they had it in the warehouse but not on the floor due to its release date. Would've been nice to know as a trip to Coralville could've been avoided. Just going to stick to online shopping from now on.
I love this place. The people were awesome. I can't say enough. Thanks
