Best experience ever when buying appliances! Carson, manager, and Veronica, salesperson, were phenomenal! After trips to other places, we were discouraged, but Veronica LISTENED and tailored the appliances to our needs. Carson helped us work through the deals and was awesome through the process. Strong work, Best Buy!
be honest give good service
Appliance installs are contracted out to shoddy installer's. Caused damaged to our countertops and plumbing. Unprofessional sexist comments to my girlfriend. They still use the same installer John Woods from Redwood Construction.
hire someone to answer the phones. you would have sold a remote start system if I could have talked to a human.
Dont ever buy anything from this store I purchased a Samsung note 9 from here. Had antenna issues less then 30 days after buying. With in stores warranty. They did nothing. Gave me new sim card. Didn't fix the problem. On 5th time guy gives me Samsung number. Contact samsung. Samsung admitts that there is antenna problem and told me to take my phone back to this location to get fixed or a new phone. And the store says we can't do anything for you. How are you in business anymore? Needed a remote start replacement fob, walked in the greeter radioed to someone and pointed me towards the auto department. Seven employees walked by without even an acknowledgement. After waiting 15 minutes we left. Sad because along with the fob we were planning on buying a new dryer as well.

Why do so many of your employees smoke right outside the main entrance at the front of the store? Looks horrible and I can’t imagine why a business would want all the customers to see that.....don’t they have a place to take smoke breaks somewhere other than where everyone walks by? I think it looks horrible and makes the store look bad!!!
