The front desk staff was friendly, but unfortunately my experience with the dentist himself was very negative. He came across as rude, arrogant, and unprofessional throughout the visit. Very unprofessional. Needed to reschedule NOT cancel my appointment 1 hour before due an urgent matter, attempted to text and then call and received no answer. Whomever the office desk person is would not even let me get a word in as to why my appt needed to be rescheduled, he explained that with being a new patient he would not be able to reschedule my appointment because I did not call within 24 hours.
