I have used this carpet cleaning company several times, and every visit has been absolutely fantastic. Jermaine did an amazing job on my huge area rug, leaving it looking fresh and clean in hardly any time. The team really knows how to deliver great customer service from start to finish. After I had some water get into my home, I was worried my rug was ruined, but Jermaine was able to restore it and now it looks brand new. The carpet cleaning team was very professional and quick to respond. Even though our home is busy with kids and pets and we do our best to keep things clean, I was amazed at how much dirt and grime Lucas was able to remove from our carpets. Outstanding service! We were moving into a new house in Birmingham and needed the carpets cleaned at a specific time—right after our closing but before the movers arrived. Lucas was very helpful in working with our tight schedule. When our closing was unexpectedly delayed, Lucas was quick to respond and managed to adjust their plans so the carpet cleaning could still happen later that same day.
