We love the carpet cleaning services from Best Birmingham Carpet Cleaners and have used them for several years. They often offer great specials and, more importantly, always do excellent work. Lucas is always on time and does his best to accommodate our schedule. What we appreciate most is getting a call if he is running ahead or just a little behind. We really like being updated throughout the process. The carpets dry quickly, and there is no strong smell. We wouldn't use anyone else for our carpet cleaning needs.
Jermaine is the best carpet cleaner I have ever hired, and I've moved many times in my life. He has cleaned my carpets for me several times in two different homes in Birmingham, and I’m about to have him do it again in a new place. I wouldn’t trust anyone else around here. I hired a carpet cleaning service to tackle the tough job of cleaning my newly purchased house. The customer service was excellent—they responded quickly and offered a fair price to clean three carpeted rooms and three rooms with tile and grout. They were flexible with my schedule and even came out the next day! I am really pleased with their work.
