I used to be a regular customer at this beauty supply,however I dislike the quality of their Hair. I also dislike the management because they watch you and follow you around the store. I have had 3 experience were the price on the merchandise was not the same as the price the register would ring up and she would not give me the price marked. I always go to this store bc it's close. I went into there on last Saturday bought 100% human hair and by Friday. It was all tangled. I went back in on the Saturday to talk to them about it and the lady acted like she didn't understand stand me. She also told me I had to call the company about it. They told me the store has to file a claim and the lady looked puzzled when I went back in And told her that so I asked for the management. She said Kim is but she is out of town.
