RecommendedUp to recently, it seems that Best Automotive has been on top if it’s game. There seems to have been a hiccup recently when I brought my truck in for a hesitation. I was told that the spark plugs were needing replaced. To make a long story short it ended with a problem they couldn’t find a solution for. Quite disappointing and has put a sour taste in my mouth. I will venture to address this issue with them as another shop resolves the problem. I hope it turns out positive as I have had positive experiences with Best
Extremely happy with their service and their exhaust work! Took my truck in the have a new exhaust installed and they went above and beyond to make it look good! Great bends and welds, and the outcome was better than expected! Thank you!

Always honest and kind! They are also quick with simple services and I've never felt that they overcharged me for parts or labor.

I've only had positive experiences here. When an original repair was not successful, the consequent repairs were met with honesty and taken care of appropriately.
Hate to be the only one to leave a bad rating but I'm just a little upset at what I was informed of today. I go in to get an inspection, guy tells me I need $300 worth of repairs and I needed new brake pads because mine were 99% worn. Wanted a second opinion before I blew all my money so I took it to a trustworthy mechanic. He was even upset, & said my brake pads were just fine and had at least 10k miles left to go before they needed replaced, and everything else checked ok; maybe needed more oil.
