Very disappointed today! We had gotten two estimates on a door window repair! When they got into the job, they said it could not be done as quoted! Their explanation did not make sense. They then changed their estimates and how they would need to do the repairs! Neither made sense! When I suggested a solution, they said it should not be done that way! We then told them to just put it back as was, no repair! When we came to get the car, they had done what I suggested (which they said would not work)! Three hours wasted!

One of my friends referred me to them. I needed my transmission fluid changed and an oil change. Tyler, Kevin and Terry were all really nice. Explained everything to me. Did not cost me an arm and a leg which was nice. Will definitely be taking my car back for future maintenance.
I was very pleased with the work they performed on my daughter’s car. They were very professional and super nice. I would recommend the shop for good service but on the same hand I was displeased with the fact that they wouldn’t use the new non reman part that I purchased. They would only use one that they purchased which was a reman for about 50 dollars more.

I have had several experiences with Best Automotive. They take care of what I need. They listen to my uneducated car language I attempt to use and always make me feel safe in my car! I don’t feel I’m being overcharged, and the guys are always so nice.
