I had a drive belt break on my mower. I called and was told "bring it on down and we will get it fixed and get you in and out in no time". I took my mower to them and was told it was a quick easy 15 minute fix but I would have to leave it. Then I was told that it would take about a week to fix. I called on day 5 to check on the status of the repair and was told it would be worked on the next day. Great folks to deal with. They worked with my dad In Florida, behind the scenes, to surprise me with a new tractor for my birthday...even delivering it on Saturday when they're normally closed.
