The mediation team was incredibly helpful during a very stressful time. It truly felt like they cared about our family and were fully committed to helping us find the best outcome for our children. Their support and genuine concern made a difficult process much more manageable.
Stay clear, Unprofessional, and unbiased.. I could not recommend Berwick FRC any less. Mediator mentions they don’t get involved in legal issues and suggested seeking legal advice from a professional at the very beginning. But without know the facts and years of narcissistic abuse and threats from my ex partner he suggests she put an IVO against me as I wouldn’t accommodate her demands.
As mentioned in previous reviews this place is a sham. If your male and want to have a meaningful relationship with your children then run away and seek anything else before ever engaging this place. The mediators dont mediate anything they just parrot and dont want outcomes that help children. Theres also a reason there is not a single male working at this place. If you are a male trying to spend more time with your child dont bother with mediation here. Your concerns will not be heard and you won't get any support for facilitating an outcome. Call a lawyer and do it properly - dont waste months waiting for an appointment to only be told this anyway. So disappointed in the attitudes of the mediators and their very clear bias and contradicting attitudes. Really feel for those dads who genuinely want a relationship with their child and are only left feeling lost by people who are there... read more
I can’t thank lovely Kelli enough. From our first call, until second and final mediation session, she was amazing. So supportive and professional and understood, and was sympathetic and understanding to what the issues were.. and she was able to help me and my ex get to a great place, compared to where we have been in the past. Could not be happier 😃
