On the phone when making an appointment it was $330, after waiting for 1 and a half hours in waiting room in pain( I’ve poked my eye) finally got in, checked, the doctor put in a drop of numbing liquid a bit of ointment and a huge bandages over my eye. Got out to pay cost me nearly $500. Expensive bandages there. No prescription for any proper painkillers, after an hour the pain was back. So basically I’ve paid $500 for an ointment which is around $5 and an hour of pain relief. Do not go there, don’t waste your money
A girl who doing X-rays on Monday is amazing. And doctor Kavita khurana very profession doing her job absolutely good. 100% recommended. Only waiting time is bit more
I asked when I made the appointment how much it would cost, I was told around $170. They put eyedrops in my eyes which left me unable to see for 6 hours. When I went to pay the bill they said it was nearly $800 dollars. I was never informed at extra costs. I would never recommend this practice.
I recently visited this optometry clinic and found it to have a very old-school atmosphere. The environment isn't particularly attractive or welcoming, especially for children. The waiting room lacks amenities to keep kids entertained, making it a less than ideal place for families.The appointment process is quite lengthy, taking about 2 hours from start to finish.
