Door dash- twice used and both times drivers were awesome food... not so much. I’ve eaten at Bertucci’s and no issues. Only when I get door dash it appears. Thinking it’s because I’m not there to return the ick. This time was so burnt couldn’t eat mozzarella and last time was a salad with mostly the wicked rough and tough stocks.

Today at 12:37 I placed a curbside to go order. As you can see from the photo I was told that the flatbread and sandwich would be ready at 12:52pm, and within a few minutes would have been ok. We arrived at 12:55 to pick up the order. An employee came out and told us our order would be about 10 minutes. I assumed they dropped the pizza on the floor. RecommendedI can definitely recommend the sampler which contains meatballs, fried Mozzarella Cheese and chicken wings seasoned in a 🍋 herbs 🌿. Don’t forget to ask for the complementary bread and oil. And of course the pizzas.

Thursday’s special is chicken piccata which is my favorite Bertucci’s meal. They are advertising dinner for two for $18 including Caesar salad and bread rolls. The usual dinner comes with 3 pieces of chicken and fettuccini with lemon caper butter sauce. The takeout “special” was 1 piece of chicken each, dry pasta with very little sauce, salad with wilted rust colored romaine lettuce, no croutons and a package of Newman’s dressing. Waited at curbside pickup for over over an hour because one of their printers went down and my food was never made. When I finally got it and asked to speak to a manager I was offered a couple desserts. Had ordered about $50 of food and tipped online before pickup. Couldn’t refund my money, couldn’t offer me gift cards, couldn’t offer me anything other than a couple free desserts. Disappointing.
